What work does AI Bau undertake?
We offer renovation and remodelling, interior finishing and drywall, painting, structural and facade work, outdoor areas, core drilling, technical planning and project preparation. We discuss which services suit your project with you personally.
Do you work for both private individuals and businesses?
Yes. We support both residential and commercial building projects.
Which areas do you serve?
We are based in Werndorf and work in Graz, Graz-Umgebung and throughout Styria.
How are the site visit and quotation charged?
The online calculator and your initial enquiry are free. The site visit and detailed quotation are charged according to their scope and the work involved. We agree this with you in advance and credit the amount against your order. An enquiry does not commission a paid service.
When will I hear back?
We contact you within three working days of your enquiry for an initial discussion.
What should I include in my enquiry?
Your project location, the required service, a short description and your preferred timeframe, if known, are helpful. Providing a phone number is optional.
How much will my project cost?
Costs depend on the existing condition, scope and required work. The calculator provides an initial guide. We issue a binding quotation after reviewing the project, with the fee for the site visit and detailed quotation agreed in advance.
