2. Website access and hosting
The public website aibaut.at is hosted by easyname GmbH, Canettistraße 5/10, 1100 Vienna, Austria. When you visit, technical connection data, particularly your IP address and the requested web address, is processed so that content can be delivered to your browser.
Processing serves to provide the website, resolve errors and protect it against misuse. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of the website.
For optionally enabled access logs, easyname specifies the following periods: recorded IP addresses are anonymised after 24 hours; access logs are deleted after no more than three months. This applies to the hosting provider’s access logs. easyname information on retention periods.
We load Google Ads for advertising measurement only after your consent (see section 5). We do not embed maps. Fonts are taken from your device’s system fonts; images and design elements are served with the website.
3. Contact form, email and phone
What information we process
When you contact us, we process the information you provide to respond to your enquiry and, where appropriate, prepare a quotation. The form collects your name, email address, project location, required service and project description. Phone number and preferred timeframe are optional. Your acknowledgement of the privacy information, together with its version, is also transmitted.
Your message is sent to office@aibaut.at . Form contents are not stored in an additional website database. Submitted messages are handled in our business email system.
Purpose and legal basis
If your enquiry concerns preparing or performing a contract with you, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. We handle other matters, including enquiries on behalf of a company, under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is responding to incoming enquiries and conducting business communications.
Contacting us is voluntary. We need the marked required details to receive and process a form enquiry. Alternatively, you can contact us by email or phone. The acknowledgement on the form records that you have read this information; it is not consent to advertising or tracking.
Protection against misuse and duplicate submissions
To protect the form, we check the inputs and the origin of the request. To limit repeated requests, the IP address is converted into an identifier generated with a secret key. Form protection stores this identifier, timestamps and a random request identifier, but not message content. Request identifiers used for rate limiting are considered for one hour, and random enquiry identifiers for no more than 24 hours. Expired entries are removed from the technical file at the next form submission attempt; without another attempt, they may remain until cleanup during website maintenance. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our interest is protection against spam, overload and accidental duplicate submissions.
Correspondence retention
We retain enquiries for as long as processing and related communication require. If an order is placed, the information may become part of the contractual records. Where legal retention duties apply, or certain documents are needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, they are retained for the required period. The duration depends on the type and purpose of each document.
4. Recipients and data transfers
Enquiries are accessible to the people within the company responsible for handling them. Technical service providers process data as necessary for hosting, email transmission and operation of the business mailbox. Forms are sent through easyname web hosting; our business email system uses a Microsoft email service.
Microsoft services may involve affiliated providers and subprocessors outside the European Economic Area. Microsoft provides further information on data processing and international transfers in its privacy information . You can request information about the recipients and safeguards relevant to our email system at office@aibaut.at.
Disclosure may also be necessary where required by law or to address a specific legal claim. We do not sell contact or visitor data.
6. Google reviews and external links
We display selected excerpts from publicly available Google reviews, with the name used there and a link to the original. The source is the Google Business Profile of AI Bau & Sanierung GmbH. The excerpts are delivered as text with the website; displaying them alone does not establish a connection to Google.
The selection provides information about publicly shared experiences with our company. Where personal data is included, publication is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and our interest in presenting these experiences directly in connection with our services. Reviewers may contact office@aibaut.at to request correction or deletion or to object.
The excerpts remain published for as long as they are relevant to presenting the service experiences described. We correct or remove them if we learn that the original has changed or been deleted, or if there is a justified correction, deletion or objection request.
We identify the original source and the date of any displayed overall rating. We do not separately check whether the authors actually used our services. The selection does not represent all reviews in full.
You leave our website only when you open an external link. Subsequent processing by Google is governed by Google’s privacy information. The same applies to other linked external services.
7. Project photos and AI editing
Our project images are based on our own photographs of real construction and renovation projects. Selected images have been edited using artificial intelligence to adjust exposure and white balance. For some before-and-after comparisons, image edges have been extended and perspectives reconstructed to create a matching view.
These comparisons are labelled “AI-expanded” directly on the image. Added surroundings and reconstructed perspectives are visualisations based on the existing photos. They are not independent photographic evidence of additional work; some surface textures and details may differ due to AI reconstruction.
The homepage collage is an AI-retouched visualisation based on our own project photos. Dirt and loose cables have been digitally removed, and individual covers have been added visually. It therefore does not document the actual completion status or technical execution of these details. Before-and-after comparisons show photographs of the same property.
Before publication, we check images for identifiable people, vehicle registration plates, nameplates and project addresses, and exclude or obscure such information. Location metadata from the original photographs is not included in the website images.
8. Your rights
Subject to the statutory conditions, you have in particular the following rights:
- access to information about the processing of your personal data,
- rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data,
- erasure and restriction of processing,
- data portability, where the legal requirements are met.
Objection and withdrawal of consent
Where processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object on grounds relating to your particular situation. Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it with effect for the future. The lawfulness of processing before withdrawal remains unaffected.
To exercise your rights, write to office@aibaut.at. Where necessary, we may ask for appropriate information to identify your request and protect against unauthorised disclosure.
Complaint to the supervisory authority
You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the Austrian Data Protection Authority, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, email: dsb@dsb.gv.at, website: dsb.gv.at.
